LEGAL EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
I have assisted in the preparation of over 1,000 Last Testament and Wills, many at the unit/battalion level, and others just prior to mobilization, while making sure they met or surpassed legal standards set by the state and be difficult to challenge at the State Supreme Court. This was to ensure that instructions were clear, and any necessary and additional clauses were included. This meant that wills were not printed in batches. I prepared an assortment of trust agreements for an attorney, who requested them, in Milan.
While on active duty, I worked under the supervision and direction of a military attorney preparing cases to go before the Army Discharge Review Board (ADRB), the Army Board of Correction of Military Records (ABCMR), preparation of a Complaint before the Joint Services Review Activity (JSRA). I have extensive experience in complex cases in the field of military administrative law.
After reaching 20 years and since then, I have prepared and submitted numerous VA Disability cases, all with success, with VA Regional Offices and prepared appeals going before the VBA.
Since retirement, I've assisted two attorneys in the civil division at the U.S. Department of Justice, assisted two attorneys for the Government with a case before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and thus far have contributed to three published opinions for the Supreme Court of the United States. Currently working on significant persuaded writing to overturn/change/alter the vast majority of primary goals stated in a published document at the United Nations in a fight for Human Rights. As it stands, 90% of my local, state, national, and federal efforts in advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities in the United States would be squashed by any efforts exerted by the U.N.
